Is Gaël Rouxeville's sculpture "Fils du
Ciel" abstract or figurative? Does it represent a sea or air animal? In
any case, it is an exceptional piece, light, which questions and
stimulates the imagination. This sculpture has something very quiet,
soft and childlike. It evokes those strange animals that live in the
abyssal oceanic trenches, while making us think of a hyper futuristic
flying machine.
In reality, like many of Gaël Rouxeville's works, we are here
transported into pure imagination. And, would you believe it, it is made
of wood! (lacquered and patinated) For indoor exhibition only; unique
work signed.
